At Dapta, we’re building AI Automation for sales that turns user intent into revenue — automating voice, text, and workflows. We’re early-stage, VC-backed, growing fast, and shipping hourly. We need a technical lead who’s ready to shape the product’s core architecture.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Lead Dapta’s engineering team through architecture, development, and deployment.
• Design systems that scale — we’re talking thousands of concurrent users and millions of requests per minute.
• Stay hands-on with NodeJS — writing, reviewing, and obsessing over code.
• Work side-by-side with product and design to create fast, intuitive, AI-driven user experiences.
• Build proof-of-concepts, hack together experiments, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Constantly stay ahead of AI trends, tools, and techniques

💪 You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 2+ years of NodeJS experience — scaling production-grade applications is a must.
• 2+ years in software engineering, ideally within SaaS or AI-driven products.
• Solid knowledge of AWS, PostgreSQL databases, and distributed systems.
• A deep love for clean architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
• A proactive, curious mindset — you’re the kind of person that just has to test every new AI tool.
• Great communication skills — because scaling is also about scaling people.
