About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager who is also a builder—someone who doesn't just track tickets, but knows how software actually gets shipped. You'll work closely with the founding team and our developers to take projects from inception to production at startup velocity.

This isn't a slow, process-heavy PM role. We need someone who's launched real products, can lead teams of engineers, and can talk shop with developers (or even prototype themselves). If you're a high-speed operator who loves turning messy ideas into shipped products—fast—this is for you.

We're moving too slow. Projects stall, scope creeps, and we're not iterating fast enough. We need someone who can bring speed, structure, and clarity—taking products from zero to live with customers without sacrificing quality. We don't need more planning. We need more shipping.

What You'll Do

• Take projects from zero to production—fast. Own the full lifecycle: scope, plan, execute, launch. Compress timelines without breaking quality.
• Manage teams of developers. Coordinate engineers, designers, and AI specialists. Keep everyone unblocked and moving at pace.
• Run high volume in parallel. Juggle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly so nothing stalls.
• Iterate quickly. Build, ship, learn, refine. Make calls with incomplete info and adjust on the fly.
• Launch products with customers. Roll out new automations directly with clients, gather feedback, and drive adoption.
• Drive delivery, not documentation. Set clear milestones, keep the team accountable, and obsess over shipping.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years managing software projects or delivery, with strong technical context
• You've shipped real software products—bonus if you've taken them inception-to-production on tight timelines
• Proven experience leading teams of developers and coordinating technical delivery
• A genuinely high-speed, high-energy operator—you set the pace, you don't follow it
• Comfort handling high volume and parallel projects while staying organized under pressure
• Strong customer-facing skills—you can lead a product launch directly with clients
• A bias for action: you'd rather ship and iterate than wait for perfect
• You thrive in early-stage chaos and bring clarity through execution

Bonus Points

• Experience with low-code or automation tools (and bonus if you know AI agents, APIs, or webhooks)
• Ability to read code, prototype, or get hands-on when needed—we love builders who get things done
• Previous experience at a fast-growing SaaS startup
• Background as a technical PM, engineering lead, or founder
