Role Description

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing, growing, and strategically managing a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. You’ll build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, act as their trusted advisor for AI-driven adoption, and ensure retention, expansion, and measurable customer ROI.

You’ll proactively identify revenue opportunities, drive upsell initiatives, and translate customer needs into platform usage and business outcomes. This role requires a mix of relationship management, commercial strategy, and analytical horsepower.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong engagement and relationship depth.
  • Grow account revenue and drive expansion opportunities through upsells and cross-sells
  • Monitor account health and proactively intervene with accounts showing low utilization to increase adoption and reduce churn risk.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients — ensuring a seamless and responsive customer experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive CRM reporting for pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align customer needs with product direction.
  • Analyze account performance data to reveal trends, risks, and optimization strategies.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives that enhance retention, customer satisfaction, and value realization.

Requirements

  • B2+ English level (written and spoken) is required. If you don’t meet this requirement, this role is not for you.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing revenue targets and achieving expansion goals.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong Excel skills for data tracking and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts in parallel.
  • Passion for technology, automation, and enabling customers to capture business value through AI.
