We’re now looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our Marketing team and help us create high-quality, fast-moving content that matches our ambition.

What You’ll Do

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Create high-performing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and paid ads.
• Record and edit videos (from concept to final delivery).
• Turn ideas into engaging visual assets quickly and efficiently.
• Use AI tools to increase speed, creativity, and production quality.
• Optimize content based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain strong visual consistency aligned with Dapta’s brand guidelines.
• Continuously improve editing style, pacing, and storytelling to drive better results.

Must-Have Requirements

• English proficiency (B2+ or higher) – written and spoken.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, etc.) or strong interest in using AI in creative workflows.
• Open to feedback and fast iteration cycles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
